Yesterday I went to the toilet at 5.00.a.m and couldn't pass urine. Saw the doctor who after examining me phoned for an ambulance which took me to The Royal Infirmary where they catheterised me and gave me a very thorough check up. They think that it is a urinary infection so gave me antibiotics. So no G&T for a week. I have to keep the catheter in for a month or more with a bag on my leg. So for a while I can say "Its in the Bag!" I can't thank enough my GP the ambulance team and the great team at the Royal. Thanks to Craig who inserted the catheter and the lovely Chinese lady who took all the bloods then the Irish consultant who allowed me to go home Not being able to pee for almost 8 hours is not to be recommended. We must protect the NHS in Scotland from the predatory Westminster government.
This surgery is fantastic, anytime I've called them needing to be seen on the day they've been able to give me an emergency appointment within a few hours. The one time they were unable to see me face to face they had a doctor phone me and do an over the phone consultation after which I was given a prescription. I've heard some horror stories in my time of people who have had such an awful time with their surgery but I can honestly say I can't relate. I will never leave here if I can help it.

Excellent service Dr Coombes went out of her way to help me

The doctors and practice nurse are very good, although there isn't much continuity of service when you phone for an appointment. When I had glandular fever in 2016 I saw 3 different doctors in 2 weeks, and it took the third, a locum to diagnose me. The irony is that she was the best of the lot and I wished she was permanently there. With regards to reception staff, I agree with the other reviewers above; you are either ignored or spoken to as though you are causing an utter convenience to their day. My partner accompanied me to pick up a prescription recently and he was flabbergasted as to how long we were ignored and then treated. Perhaps this is why this practice has a savvy online booking system for appointments and electronic booking in service on arrival to the appointment, which I cannot rate enough!
We moved to this GP in July 2017 and the experience in the past months have been fine. The Practice has online booking system which is so much easier to use than making phone calls to the reception. All the doctors’ profiles and skills can be found online so we know who to go to for a certain condition. The GP also has a computer for patients to check in themselves on arrival. The waiting room has plenty seats and a toy for kids. Information about who to go to which room is displayed on the LED message machine with a beep as an alert. It would have been even better if the reception staff were more friendly...

If we fund this why won't we fund goat sacrifice? This is Scotland - the home of the Enlightenment. Let's all get a grip. I've given this five stars because, i) I don't believe in pixies, and ii) I wouldn't want the pixie worshippers to complain that I'd unwarrantedly reduced the pixie score. This rubbish can be condemned on a number of grounds, but John Stuart Mill's notion of the "spirit of an institution" really hits the nail on the head. The "spirit" is the impression some arrangement makes on the mind of the citizen. How many thousands have died because we've built a monument to stupidity and funded it through taxation? How many people have been misled about the way the universe works, to their terrible disadvantage, by this nonsense?
If you suffer chronic pain and fatigue you will not find better support and care than at the Centre for Integrative Care. You are given coping mechanisms where you will not get anywhere else in Glasgow. You are well supported but never judged.

Top class care...... Beware, they're usually running at least half an hour behind schedule. My only fault, but not worth digging a star, these people work hard, and have to give bad news to a lot of people everyday.
I got a pet scan done and the staff were very friendly and helpful

I attend the diabetic centre as a type1 diabetic and have done for years. Find staff very attentive and helpful. Friendly and always helping to put a smile back on your face when your struggling. Very insightful and caring. Reason for 4 stars is because lack of staff at times in the past.
Ward 8c looked after my dad incredibly well. A fantastic team of nurses and lovely Doc Hannah. Care was outstanding right up until..and after my dad's death. I'll be forever grateful to them x

The members are friendly if treated courteously as with most people. They are more busier at activities after a few wards have been merged together. If you're going there for family history it is always better to contact them in advance to make sure you will be able to be helped.
I almost always see the mormons go up to random people on the street in town and it's interesting because I've been approached like 10 times and it's such a shame that some people ignore them and I understand they want to spread their message of Jesus. The missionaires are extremely nice and are amazing to chat to - makes me miss home! I think they should focus on targeting Americans (more like west end parts or near Glasgow Uni) and more religiously motivated groups (American students for example) instead of regular Scots as they aren't really as religious anymore. Hats off to the Mormons for all their hard work that they've done!!

A great and well organised facility. The members of staff are friendly and helpful . The only negative is the height bar at the domestic entrance catches my Citroen berlingo roof bar. Luckily a member of public pushed the height bar upwards enough for me to move on. Have been using the commercial entrance since.
Excellent! Helpful staff and clearly marked out recycling containers.

Brilliant and reasonably priced products. The Staff are superb and go out of their way to help you. I bought a table off them and have been going back regularly since. Cheaper than the high street, and by shopping here you're helping this great social enterprise.
Had a dining table, chairs and high back bench made approximately 4 years ago and it's still like new. It gets lots of compliments from visitors too! Love what this company do.

We have been to Piccolo Mondo a number of times over the years. This time was to celebrate my daughter's graduation. The staff were so friendly and attentive; and the food was so good. Everyone went out of their way to make her feel special on her special day. x
My husband took me here for our Anniversary and I must say, it's the best restaurant I have been to in ages! Food was absolutely delicious and presented very well! Staff couldn't have been any nicer to both of us! I will definitely be coming back for more!

A wonderful place to eat, the service from the staff is first class, the food is excellent. They make you feel so welcome, Miro goes that extra bit to make your visit very enjoyable. We love this place, best place in Renfrew for a bite to eat, just a shame it doesn't open on Monday's!
Not too bad pricing. Staff didn't really acknowledge us at all, even though we were the only 2 inside. Had to stand a good 10/15 mins to pay even though no other customers were there.

My son only had a year here, but it is a nice school and the staff are very good, supportive and helpful. Only bad point is the annoyingly high amount of parents who feel the need to drive their kids to school, clogging up the small Road it on.
Absolutely fabulous As a retired teacher I feel that this is still one of the best schools in Glasgow

LOved everyday i spent at this school. I joined in 4th year so fitting in was incredibly hard around the more rich kids around, but you just need to get your head down and youll be fine here. It is a private school so you should expect these sorts of things
60 Knightswood Rd, Glasgow G13 2XD, UK – 0141 582 0160
Not the best and not the worst, the staff in the office are not friendly. Otherwise, the teachers are lovely, especially the maths and English teachers.
